csp_ASAJenifer has been with PRO-HIRE (a franchise of TECHSTAFF, www.techstaff.com) for 25 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from UCLA and is a certified staffing and human resource specialist. She holds a TSC (Technical Services Certification) and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) designation through the American Staffing Association (ASA). Her expertise is in partnering with local businesses to create recruitment and retention strategies that bring results. Jenifer is a member of and actively involved with ASA, West County Employer Advisory Committee (EAC), and National Human Resource Association (NHRA). Jenifer has been married 25 years to a Ventura County Unified School District teacher, has three adult kids, has coached AYSO and Foothill Little League, been involved with all school PTAs at every level, including past President, and has served on the Ventura High Football Boosters Board of Directors for seven years. Jenifer’s outside interests include travel, cooking, gardening and sports.

Marissa has worked in the staffing and employment field since 2002 as a Technical Recruiter, Account Executive and Sr. Recruiter. Marissa is an experienced professional who knows how to match candidates with her clients’ requirements and company culture. Marissa specializes in both temp and direct placement. She knows how to focus on developing relationships with current and prospective clients. Marissa is an active member of EAC, West County. She is married with four small children growing up in the Fillmore, CA area.
